What to Send Us for the Most Accurate Estimate
You do not need to be an expert. A few details help us arrive prepared and make the visit far more useful.
Which Service You Need
Painting, roofing, siding, masonry, tile flooring, hardwood flooring, carpentry, decks, windows or door replacement — or a combination, if you are planning a larger renovation.
Property Type
Residential or commercial, plus rough size and whether the property is occupied. This affects scheduling, protection and crew size.
Scope and Condition
What is failing, what has already been attempted, and whether anything is actively leaking or causing damage. This is usually the most useful part.
Timeline and Budget Range
When you need it done and the range you are working with, so we can propose a realistic phase plan rather than an unrealistic one.
Photos, If You Have Them
